WIB became a Ltd Company and appointed its Board of Directors in July 2006, and presently includes the following members:

Christine Boyle

Christine is Managing Director of Lawell Asphalt Company Ltd, in the Construction sector, specializing in Roofing and Waterproofing.

After 10 years in the financial services industry Christine moved into the family business and has spent the last 10 years growing the company. Christine was a founding member of the Women in Business Network and progressed from treasurer to Chairperson in November 2005.

Rosemary Morrison

Directus was established to deliver business training in Finance and Marketing as well as a post-start mentoring service to start-ups and established businesses in Down & Antrim, always working closely with the LEAs (Local Enterprise Agencies) and other organisations involved in business development.

Angela Brady

Angela is a solicitor with 14 years experience. Her main area of practice is litigation, both commercial and private. She also provides advice on a range of commercial issues to commercial clients, which include reviewing contractual terms, landlord and tenant issues, health & safety issues and negotiating settlements in disputed matters.

Roseann Kelly

Roseann, whom you will know from her recent role as the Women in Business Coordinator is a Marketing Consultant. Her business is "Common Sense Marketing" offering a freelance, hands on marketing service, focused on implementation. With 15 years experience, Roseann provides an extremely personalized service to a small client base within a commercial marketing environment.

Roisin McDermott

Roisin is Manager at East Belfast Enterprise. She has worked with small business for 10 years, both in the Local Enterprise Network in Northern Ireland and marketing Irish owned businesses in the British market. Roisin is a founder member and Director of Women in Business. She is also Regional Manager of the Northern Ireland Start A Business Programme and has a Masters in Business Administration specialising in Economic Development.

Susan McCambridge

Susan is the Managing Director of McCambridge Associates which is a Sales and Marketing Consultancy company. The company specializes in finding new customers for major IT companies based all over the UK. The company was set up in 1998 and bases its success on understanding the marketplace and finding new business opportunities through networking.

Juliana Sloan

With a career spanning two decades in Financial Services working for Multi-Nationals and Independent Financial Advisers, including her own firm, Juliana’s objective has always been to offer an holistic approach to monetary matters. Her Financial Guidance is refreshingly frank, emphasising service, quality advice, care of clients, along with specialist knowledge.

Juliana has just completed two years in the chair for the Personal Finance Society NI, addressing the demands required to work for and with a team in a non-executive role. As a newly appointed board member, Juliana continues to be passionate about the importance of independent women, networking tirelessly to promote this belief.

Ann Rodgers

Business Owner, Ann Rodgers is MD and founder of Belfast-based Infinite People Solutions and AR Life Coaching. An established trainer and certified Coach, She specialises in Personal Effectiveness & High Performance Training/Coaching through effective, experimental and results driven training/coaching at individual, team and organisational level.

Over 10 years business experience as a successful manager and director working in business development, client, event and project management, public relations and marketing communications within a number of sectors. She really loves helping her clients live the lives they truly wish for. Steering them towards full engagement where they can fully express themselves with meaning and clarity. A certified coach, with a Diploma in Life & Business Coaching and a NLP Practitioner, Ann is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the European Coaching Association. Clients often describe Ann as warm and insightful. Gentle but focused, with great practical business/personal experience, Ann has an ability to call forth the very best in her clients. Her aim coaching/training is to make a difference in people's lives.
