Staffline acquires Cork-based Oak Recruitment

Staffline acquires Cork-based Oak Recruitment

Staffline Ireland, a leading outsource organisation providing services to both Government and commercial customers, today announces the acquisition of Oak Recruitment, a recruitment agency with operations in Cork, Dublin and Limerick. This is Staffline’s fourth acquisition in the last two years, continuing its strategy to become the sector-leading outsource company across the island of Ireland.

Bringing Oak Recruitment into the Staffline Group in Ireland will also accelerate the growth of the existing £65m TO business, which incorporates Diamond Recruitment, PeoplePlus NI and Staffline Recruitment Ltd.

Oak specialises in temporary recruitment and staffing solutions, with expertise in a number of Staffline’s core business sectors, including FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) and food distribution. Oak also brings a number of blue-chip clients based in Cork and Dublin, with an excellent reputation in the local area.

Staffline Group Ireland’s enlarged Staffing Services division is among the three largest recruitment businesses in Ireland and will now operate from 15 sites across the island, with over 6,000 contractors servicing a network of hundreds of clients.
