You (and up to ten of your guests) are cordially invited to join us for our VIP Shopping Event at Belfast International Airport on 16th & 30th of November and 7th of December 2016 from 20:30 until midnight.

Once inside the terminal building guests will be invited to shop in our tax free and fashion outlets with discounts up to 25%. Food and Beverage outlets will be open and offering discounts up to 30%.

Numbers for each event will be limited. Passes will be issued for each event on a first come first served basis.

As you are visiting the Airport we need to give you some guidelines on how to access the site.

Event times are from 20:30 to 00:00 subject to normal airport operations.
Car Parking – guests can park in either the Short Stay or the Main Car park which are situated directly in front of the terminal at Belfast International Airport.
Guests should pull a ticket on entry. On exit from the terminal, guests will be presented with a new ticket which will be required to exit the car park.
When exiting the car park guests should place their new ticket in the exit barrier column to exit free of charge.
Guests will go through the standard security screening processes that apply to UK airports, which includes liquid restrictions. We are requesting that guests only bring essential items such as means of payment and mobile phones to avoid any delays in the security screening processes.
Security screening for the event will commence at approximately 20:15
On arrival at the terminal guests should follow the signs for Departures. A cloakroom facility will be available prior to security screening.

Passes will be issued for each event on a first come first served basis and can be requested by e-mailing mark.roulston@bfs.aero and stating the number of passes you require for each event and the date of attendance by Friday the 11th of November.
