Cathy McCorry, Managing Director of the Grafton Employment Group is celebrating a triple success having received the award for 'Business Leader of the Year' at the UK REC's, Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards to add to the titles of IoD Northern Ireland's and the UK's Young Director of the Year.
It's been quite a period of success for Cathy, having been specifically commended for her success of improving profitability from a loss of £350,000 in 2008/9 to a profit of £1.875m in 2009/10.
Speaking on her hat–trick of success having collected her award from Lord Sugar an ecstatic Cathy said;
"I am absolutely overjoyed to have won such a prestigious title, winning the title of Young Director of the Year at both a regional and national level is extremely gratifying, but to have now received the award for 'Business Leader of the Year' from our industry's governing body is overwhelming and I am delighted. However, these personal achievements are a real testament to the hard work and team efforts from my colleagues within the Grafton Employment Group as our work has always been and remains a team effort."
