Now a firm fixture in the Northern Ireland business calendar, recognition as a Women in Business award finalist and winner holds great prestige.

Last year almost 500 business women and men packed into the beautiful surroundings of Culloden Estate & Spa to celebrate the success of entrepreneurs, business leaders and senior managers at the only ceremony of its kind in Northern Ireland.

This year’s event promises to push the boundaries further than the previous four! The ceremony will take place at the five star Hastings Culloden Estate and Spa on Thursday 19th November and categories include; Award for Advancing Diversity in the Workplace; Award for Best Customer Service; Award for Best Exporter; Award for Best in Professional Services; Award for Best Marketing Campaign; Award for Best New Start Up; Award for Best Small Business; Award for Entrepreneurship and Innovation; Award for Excellence in IT; Award for Outstanding Management and Leadership; Award for Young Business Women of the Year.

All 2015 finalists will have the opportunity to take part in an exclusive Finalist Retreat where they will come together to be inspired by a range of speakers and network with their peers in a unique environment. More details will be unveiled in the coming months!
