Spotlight on Success is a bespoke new lunch time lecture series with leaders from the corporate and entrepreneurial world that have climbed to the top of the corporate ladder or founded, grown and lead their own business.

The talks will be inspirational and informative with local leaders sharing their success stories and introducing an external leader who they hold in high regard or a speaker who has inspired them.

Christine Boyle , CEO of Senergy Solar Thermal panels will be starting the series. Christine won the new & emerging technology award at COINS construction industry grand challenge. Christine Boyle is a graduate of Queens University Belfast and spent the first eight years of her career in the financial sector. Christine left the world of corporate banking and took up the role of Managing Director of Lawell Asphalt Roofing; her family’s business which has been operating in the construction sector since 1969.

With sole responsibility for business development Christine has secured a strong client base in the construction sector both at home and in export markets. With 17 years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry and having successfully steered the company through the significant downturn in the construction industry between 2007 and 2015.

Christine’s business acumen led to her becoming a founding member of the Women in Business Network NI in 2004, undertaking the role of Chair of Women in Business from 2006-11. Christine was awarded an MBE for her services to business in Northern Ireland in 2009. She is a current Board Member for the Construction Industry Training Board NI.

Christine will be introducing Larry Sullivan, Chairman and co-founder of COINS Foundation; a not for profit organisation which uses enterprise to address issues of social justice striving to use the power of business to create a better and more sustainable future.
