"The course has been great - definitely one of the most invaluable experiences I've had as i transition back into the workplace after maternity leave".  Donna- Baker McKenzie

"I really enjoyed the programme and in particular I found the session on understanding the different types of behavioural styles really relevant, as it gave me an insight into how to deal with others. The programme also helped me to develop my confidence". Gemma- NIE Networks

Returning to work after 9 months of Maternity Leave was quite a daunting thought for me but the Back to Business Programme helped me gain the confidence to return in a way that I could feel in control of and actually get excited about. The group sessions paired with the one-to-one coaching provided the perfect blend of shared and personal forums in which to discuss my own and learn from other's hopes, fears and goals for a balanced work and family life. Sarah- White Ink Architects

The Back to Business program provided me with the skills and confidence when returning to work after maternity. The mixture of group sessions and 1-to-1 coaching sessions led by brilliant and skilled facilitators gave me real insight into how to face and deal with my perceived obstacles in returning to work. I highly recommend this course for women on maternity or who have recently returned to work from maternity, to develop your confidence and practical skills. Michelle- Baker McKenzie

I found the ‘Back to Business’ very beneficial in providing the head-space I needed to prepare for returning to work after maternity leave. I have colleagues who had attended previous sessions and it came highly recommended to me and so I knew what to expect, but I must say it exceeded my expectations! Una was a great facilitator and provided just the right environment for sharing stories and working through our concerns. The course was nicely complemented by Gerry’s Coaching sessions, which were tailor made to each individual. Gerry went above and beyond to facilitate a ‘Career Coaching’ session for me at short notice to help me prepare for an upcoming interview. The framework and practical help he gave me was invaluable, I went in to the interview highly prepared and confident in my ability – even after being off for 10 months. I would highly recommend this programme! Judy- NIE Networks
