  • Your target market – do you know what you are looking for?
  • Your people - the types of relationships you need to build to succeed in business or your career.
  • Your current networks - strengths, barriers to growth, mapping and measuring your key relationships.
  • Your activities - investing in your networks: shifting your mindset from networking events, to relationship-building and collaboration
At the end of the session, you will:
  • Be able to describe why you do what you do and what you are looking for
  • Approach relationship-building with a giving mentality
  • Have identified the key relationships you need to grow your business or career
  • Be clear on how to prioritise the time you give to your network
  • Know how to generate and give more referrals for your business or career growth
  • Be equipped to choose which networking events to attend and actively participate in those you go to
Lisa is a referrals strategist, coach and collaborator.  Her career spans 22 years in the private, public and third sectors where she’s worked to build and lead multi-agency partnerships that make a positive difference to business and people’s lives. She’s recently become the Operations Lead for Asentiv Ireland – a global franchise organisation that works with entrepreneurs and business leaders to build strong strategic networks for growth. Lisa is at her happiest when she’s supporting people who want to achieve more of what they want in life, without sacrificing the things that truly matter.
