Start 2019 off right with this two hour informative wellness event, hosted by Tina Moore from Natural Roots Wellness.
Tina will start the event by offering some tips and advice for helping you maintain good posture at work and follow with a gentle 30 minute Pilates session to stretch, strengthen and balance. After a short break for some networking, you'll join Lisa from Soulful Yoga, for a relaxing 30 minute yoga session to release tension and stress. To finish off the morning, you'll join Orla Wallace in some mindful meditation.
The Pilates and Yoga will be accessible, gentle sessions as abilities and experience of the participants is likely to vary.
