Voices of Leadership returns for a spectacular half-day conference with the theme of 'It's Mother Nature for a Reason' - focusing on Feminist Leadership, with the unique perspectives on effective leadership in the workplace and the world! Building on the success of 2020, women from across the island will come together, both online and in person, as one voice to celebrate the All-Island Conference!
Our fabulous hosts, Norah Casey and Sarah Travers will be the leading voices live from the prestigious Killeavy Castle Estate, Newry. As the conference will highlight the strengths and characteristics of female leaders, such as empathy and compassion - and why they are exactly what the next decade needs!

Keynote Speaker: Suzanne Wylie, Chief Executive, Belfast City Council
Suzanne took up the post of Chief Executive of Belfast City Council in 2014. During her time, she has built strong relationships with the private and public sector – pitching Belfast globally as a great place to live, work, visit and invest! Suzanne has led the creation of the city’s 20 year strategy, The Belfast Agenda - a shared vision with long-term ambitions for the city which include job creation, inward investment, and investment in neighbourhoods & skills.
Through the Digital Innovation Partnership, Suzanne is committed to weaving digital innovation into all aspects of Belfast city’s economy, infrastructure and healthcare services. Having led the Council in its city leadership role during the Pandemic, Suzanne has started the careful planning for recovery with elected representatives and key stakeholders. In February 2022, after 33 years of service at Belfast City Council, Suzanne will take up the post of Chief Executive and Head of Public Service in the Jersey Government!
Carol Fishman Cohen, CEO and Co-Founder of iRelaunch
Carol Fishman Cohen is the CEO and Co-founder of career re-entry consulting, training and events company iRelaunch. iRelaunch has worked globally with over 200 clients on return to work programs and leads a community of nearly 100,000 "relaunchers." Carol’s TED talk "How to get back to work after a career break" has over 3.6 million views and she is the author of the Harvard Business Review Magazine article "The 40-Year-Old Intern,”. Carol is a relauncher herself; her return to work as a financial analyst at Bain Capital after an 11-year career break. Her goal is to normalise a career path that includes a career break across America and the rest of the world!
Breda McCague, Co-Founder of Lean-In Ireland
Breda McCague is an ex-Military Officer, Co-Founder of Lean-In Ireland, and an accredited Emotional Intelligence coach. As a massive advocate for inclusion across women's work and personal lives, Breda is on a mission to inspire everyone to understand themselves better and to live conscious empowered lives, that make notable positive impacts in the world around them!
Nancy Spears, Founder of genconnectU
Nancy Spears founded genconnectU to advance the careers of women around the world. The edTech company engages and educates global audiences by sharing the wisdom of world-class experts through learning experiences. As an author, Nancy’s background also includes marketing and digital media, with past clients such as Johnson & Johnson and Nike. She has also served on a variety of boards and non-profit organizations, including the Children’s Health Foundation!
