Improving your sleep
How did you sleep last night?
It would seem that lockdown life is really starting to play havoc with our sleep.
Join Women in Business and Clare Hegarty to learn how to improve your sleep
As a nutritionist and sleep coach, Clare has worked with sleep issues on a regular basis but over the past few weeks she has seen a sharp increase in the number of enquiries on sleep. From struggling to get over to sleep, wakening at odd times, feeling groggy upon wakening or having vivid dreams, we are all being affected in some way.
Sleep is essential to our overall health and wellness. Lack of good quality sleep can have a detrimental impact on both physical and mental health and can cause a number of issues including increased stress levels, lack of productivity, low mood and even weight gain.
With most of us continuing to work from home and schools not returning, good quality sleep was never more important. We need it to help us stay healthy, motivated and energised for the months to come.
