Imagine waking up feeling energised and optimistic about the day ahead. Imagine going about your day feeling calm and alert, no matter what is going on around you. Imagine, when it is time to get the important work done, you are able to focus deeply and are highly productive. Imagine when it come to the end of the day, you are able to gently unwind so that you get the rest and recovery so vital for your health and wellbeing.
All humans have the ability to access a range of naturally occurring chemicals, existing in their brains and bodies, that can significantly enhance health, wellbeing and resilience.
In the Chemistry of Wellbeing workshop, we will discover the simple things we can do each day to enhance our natural wellbeing chemicals for energy, motivation, performance and recovery.
