Passionate property professional launches new style of agency in Belfast

Rodgers Residential has launched a new café-style property showroom in the heart of Ballyhackamore. The company redesigned its existing office and launched an extensive programme of remodelling to create the café theme. The café design is a truly innovative concept in estate agency for Northern Ireland and has instantly become a hit with clients.

Venturing through the door of a traditional estate agent can be a rather daunting experience; it often seems as though you've stepped uninvited into someone's private office. Standing in front of a formal arrangement of desks with everyone staring at you, you can be left wondering if someone will eventually attend to you or if you've called at an inconvenient time. In the 21st century, this stuffy formality is totally out of place in an industry which values itself on customer service.

Rodgers Residential continually strives to modernise and enhance the service it offers its clients, and strongly believes that the office environment is an important part of that service.
The new café-style office will allow the company to conduct business professionally, but on a more friendly and informal basis than some other estate agencies.

Natasha Rodgers Director of Rodgers Residential, explains the reason for the change to the stylish new office: "Our new café-style property showroom offers a contemporary, calm and informal environment where you will be attended to swiftly and in which you can discuss your requirements in comfort and at your leisure over a complementary coffee or soft drink. The aim is to make the whole process of buying, selling, or renting as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.”

The dynamic office accommodates 12 staff members and will also enhance the working environment for the Rodgers Residential team. Natasha comments, "It will make a tremendous difference to the way we're able to do business. The old style of office served us well, but I was very aware of our clients being very much in the middle of our office environment, rather than a space to browse at their leisure without feeling pressured. The new style of office changes that completely; there's plenty of room to deal with clients in a relaxed modern space. It's easier and far more enjoyable for everyone."

Natasha says of the old office design, "It's a charming building, in a prominent east Belfast location but the decision to start using the cafe-style design really is the right one, and it's great that it's finally launched."

The new property showroom welcomes prospecting home buyers, sellers, or renters Monday - Friday from 9am - 5.30pm and Saturday from 10am - 1pm.
