Karina Todd, Founder of Fempower

Certified Women’s Empowerment Coach, Karina Todd, is marking International Women’s Day with the launch of her new business, Fempower.
Fempower is a new female empowerment initiative that will help courage, support and inspire ladies across Northern Ireland in their personal development. And to celebrate the launch Karina is offering FREE membership until December 31, 2021.
After graduating from the University of Wales with a BA (Hons) in Banking and Finance, Karina worked in the City of London for NatWest Bank before returning home to train as a Chartered Accountant with PwC Belfast. She qualified in 2000 after working across a host of organisations in the Private, Public and Voluntary Sectors in Northern Ireland, Great Britain, Hong Kong and Singapore. In the last 20 years, she has gained significant experience working across large Public Sector and Voluntary organisations in Northern Ireland.
Karina is a busy mum of four children and has always been a passionate advocator of women’s wellbeing. This led her to train as a Certified Women’s Empowerment Coach which has now helped her realise her ambition of launching Fempower, which she has been planning for the last three years.
Fempower offers access to coaching and training in all areas of personal development; bespoke corporate training programmes; online courses, seminars and workshops; weekly webinars; monthly Power Hours; a community forum; factsheets, worksheets and workbooks; exciting live events and discount off personal coaching sessions.
Karina said: “I truly believe it’s time for women to take a break from being all things to all people. Time to stop feeling like you’re constantly running around in circles and time to think about being the best version of you. It is my vision that Fempower will help support and inspire women of all ages and stages of life and will be a place they can come together to learn, connect and grow. Whether you’re busy balancing work and life; juggling a career and family life; a stay-at-home mum or you just want to connect with like-minded women – I promise that Fempower offers something to help every female across Northern Ireland.
And remember, you won’t be alone, I will be here to guide you every step of the way and you’ll be supported by my experienced team and the other amazing women in this powerful community.”
