Belfast Met and Belfast Chamber ‘Let’s Do Business’ Seminar Series
Belfast Met has partnered with Belfast Chamber to launch a series of webinars aimed at helping companies to navigate through the challenges of the pandemic.
 
Adapting Customer Service during the Covid Crisis, Going Digital and Personalising the Customer Experience Online will make-up the first three sessions in the six-part series. Apprenticeships will also be discussed over two seminars, including the ‘Help Us, Help You understand what ‘The DfE stimulus package could mean for your business’ and ‘Now is the Time to Invest’ sessions. The final week will discuss The Importance of Social Inclusion Projects During Covid 19.
 
Kickstarting in November and running through to February 2021, the online programme will be led by lecturers from Belfast Met and will be accessible to both Belfast Chamber members and non-members.

“Our range of topics will seek to address some of the current issues they are facing and give them implementable solutions.
