12 Week Body Transformation

Even though you’re training with a group of other women, our programme is like getting 1-on-1 personal training.
Over the next 12 weeks you train 5 days per week, this training will help you burn unwanted body fat, develop a toned body and become the fittest you’ve ever been in your life.
Class times are
-Monday - Friday 6:30am
-Monday - Thursday 5:30pm & 6:30pm, lasting 60 mins.
There are no evening classes on Friday evenings.
The cost is £390 for the full programme which is payable in advance.
The programme includes 60x1hr classes, 12 week Nutritional Programme, Nutritional Coaching & Nutritional Seminars.
Next Programme starts on 7th April.
