12 Week Body Transformation Once you sign up to our 12 week programme your life will change, we take your personal fitness goals personal, it’s our job to help you achieve these personal goals.

Even though you’re training with a group of other women, our programme is like getting 1-on-1 personal training.

Over the next 12 weeks you train 5 days per week, this training will help you burn unwanted body fat, develop a toned body and become the fittest you’ve ever been in your life.

Class times are
-Monday - Friday 6:30am
-Monday - Thursday 5:30pm & 6:30pm, lasting 60 mins.

There are no evening classes on Friday evenings.

The cost is £390 for the full programme which is payable in advance.

The programme includes 60x1hr classes, 12 week Nutritional Programme, Nutritional Coaching & Nutritional Seminars.

Next Programme starts on 7th April.
