Ri Fang Hao is one of the leading consultants in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Having begun practicing in 1969 and graduating Beijing College of TCM (now Beijing University of TCM) she qualified as a Doctor of Chinese Medicine (China) in 1987. She is a member of both the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), and The Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine (RCHM). She has just recently been awarded a Fellowship with the BAcC making her the only one to hold this title in Northern Ireland.

In 1993 she pioneered Chinese Medicine in Northern Ireland and in 1997 opened her own clinic. Her Clinic in Bangor Co Down offers a highly professional but personal service and has been featured in newspapers, magazines and numerous radio/television programmes.

She offers effective treatment for many health problems. Acupuncture and Herbs has proved helpful for many conditions such as injuries due to a fall, soft tissue injuries, smoking, pain relief, digestive and skin complaints and many more. It can also work alongside IVF and other fertility treatments and indeed on its own has proved to be very successful.

New to the UK is Facial Enhance Acupuncture. Treatment involves the application of hair-thin needles into acupuncture points which have energetic connections to the face. By enhancing the flow of energy in the body this initiates the healing process of rejuvenation. This treatment specifically affects the face, whilst at the same time treating underlying factors that contribute to the ageing process.
