Katriona Dixon is Senior Service Delivery Manager for HCL in NI, responsible for circa 220 staff across two sites in both Belfast and Armagh, working alongside a leading financial services institution. People 1st Programmes Help Develop HCL Workforce

As a senior manager within HCL, it is vitally important that we invest in our people, developing them and providing them with opportunities.

People 1st came forward with an excellent qualification for my team - Providing Financial Services which gave our agents a recognised qualification relevant to their day to day roles. Having witnessed the success of this initial programme we then sought to expand learning and development to every staff member within the business, should they wish to avail of same.

For the leadership team, including myself, Manage 4 Success complimented their roles and allowed the team time to think, away from the office environment, and to develop and enrich their skills. The programme has a wide range of optional modules which could be evidenced through the guidance and support of People 1st. The qualification compliments BAU and involves numerous practical assessments. Each one of my direct reports signed up to and completed the qualification which has benefited our business greatly. This now forms an integral part of our staff development and I look forward to completing and promoting additional courses to my team.
