- Increased Productivity: Once familiar with an organisation's processes, placement students can contribute significantly to the productivity of a team.

- Additional Support: Industry can use placement students to support specific projects or initiatives, lightening the workload for existing employees.

- Identifying Talent: By offering valuable work experience, industry can identify promising individuals who may later join them as employees after graduation.

- Supporting Future Graduates: Providing students with real-world experiences supports future graduates in achieving a vital step-up in their chosen careers.

Speaking about these placements, Michelle Connolly, Director from Profile Tree said “Over the past few years, our commitment to supporting placement students from AEL has not only enriched our team with fresh perspectives and innovative ideas but has also empowered a new generation of professionals. These talented individuals bring enthusiasm and cutting-edge knowledge to our projects, proving that investing in young talent is not just good for business, but essential for continual growth and relevance in our industry.
