Delivered by Sarah Travers and Camilla Long of Bespoke Communications, Powerful Resilience Skills returns as part of our new suite of bespoke virtual programmes to help you navigate challenges, explore your personal triggers and provide you with a suite of tools and techniques to fight your filters.
Never before have we been faced with such challenges that drain energy, push emotional hotspots and distract attention. We’re faced with constant pressures at home and at work that hijack well-being and drain morale. They’re often the reason that you turn down a promotion or ignore the opportunity to change role. The Covid-19 pandemic has been life-changing for many. What if you took this opportunity to shift your view of yourself and your horizons?
Resilience is a skill that can be learnt:
Resilient people tend to be happier, have better relationships, higher life satisfaction and experience less anxiety. This course will explore your sources of resilience and will look at changes you can make to help face life and work challenges. With the right mindset, you can turn adversity into opportunity.
What to expect from the WIB Powerful Resilience Skills Programme:
During our WIB Powerful Resilience Skills programme, which consists of 4 2-hour online modules, you will explore your personal triggers and be provided with a suite of tools and techniques to fight your default responses including and be given practical take-aways and learning actions to implement after each session.
