What to expect from the WIB Powerful Resilience Skills Programme:
During our WIB Powerful Resilience Skills programme, which consists of 4 2-hour online modules, you will explore your personal triggers and be provided with a suite of tools and techniques to fight your default responses including and be given practical take-aways and learning actions to implement after each session.
If you’ve ever been kept awake at night frustrated by the rut you’re in but too anxious to make change happen - then this is the course for you. Join Sarah Travers and Camilla Long of Bespoke Communications to help you build your personal and professional resilience in the face of challenge and adversity.
- Module 1 – Looking through a different lens - introduction to resilience. The four key components. How does emotion affect our response to challenging situations? Changing your mindset. Explore your personal triggers and be provided with a suite of tools and techniques to fight your filters and default reactions.
- Module 2 – Building Resilience and getting used to feeling uncomfortable - Overcoming imposter syndrome/building confidence. Managing your inner critic. Dealing with stumbling blocks. Learning to be bold.
- Module 3 – The Double Shift… How work-smart are you? Balancing – separating and blending - work and personal life to achieve your goals. Being flexible. Switching off. Building your sources of support.
- Module 4 –Rust Out v Burn Out – Making fear your friend. Learning how to say “Yes…IF!” Managing conflict and negativity. Know your own stress patterns. Making work, work for you. If you say yes to this, what are you saying no to?
