At a glance…

Today’s business landscape is rapidly evolving and HR leaders we meet, talk of daily challenges in managing diverse workforces, navigating regulatory changes, and driving organisational growth. Human resource director's often talk to others about the need for continuous development to stay ahead in this dynamic environment but where’s the focus for them as professional carers for all! We believe this newly designed HR Leader programme, will add real insight and offer practical take aways to bring back to an organisation’s HR/People strategy.

Shaping the People Agenda Programme

The programme consists of four comprehensive modules, delivered by 2 industry leading experts plus a specific thought leadership module from University of Ulster.

The modules will cover key aspects of HR leadership, including strategic planning, hybrid working, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Each module will offer in-depth insights, practical tools, and best practices curated by the facilitators to empower HR leaders to excel in their roles. Additionally, three personalised coaching sessions will provide you with tailored guidance, feedback, and support to apply learned concepts directly to your organisation's context.

The other key benefit is opportunity to build connections with HR Directors from both the public and private sector and hear their approaches, challenges and initiatives. The programme's structure aligns perfectly with our organisation’s objectives, to ensure you get a tangible return on investment, in giving access to improved HR practices, employee engagement, and talent retention.
