    Re-imagine what success looks like, understand the patterns that fuel overwhelm, comparison, and self-doubt and how to break free from them.
  2. Time and energy management techniques
    Discover how to take control of your schedule using the concept of time elasticity and time blocking to make room for what truly matters.
  3. Prioritisation at home and in work 
    Through the Eisenhower Matrix learn to prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance so you can stop firefighting and start focusing.
  4. Controlling the Controllables
    Shift from feeling powerless to empowered by identifying what’s within your control and how to let go of what’s not.
