After graduating from Law in 1987 Imelda spent two years in community work in West Belfast as a project co-ordinator. Subsequently, in 1989, she became a trainee solicitor to Garrett O`Reilly of O`Reilly Stewart Solicitors, Belfast and graduated from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 1991.

In 2000, Imelda became a Partner in O`Reilly Stewart Solicitors and was appointed Staff Partner with responsibility for all personnel matters within the firm.

She is Head of the Property Department and specialises in Reconstruction of Title, house building developments, apartment schemes including site acquisitions and all aspects of property law. Imelda was also the Senior Vice President of the Law Society for 2012/2013.

Sourcing Director, Bombardier Aerospace

With over 22 years experience in Aerospace Supply Chain Nichola is currently is a member of the leadership team at Bombardier Aerospace Belfast.

Nichola leads a team of sourcing professionals with responsibility for the planning and execution of sourcing strategies, managing the introduction of new programmes, work transfer processes and low cost country development. 

Her leadership responsibilities also include Value Engineering within Bombardier Belfast, where she leads a team of engineering and sourcing professionals who develop and implement innovative concepts. 

A graduate in Management Operations from University of Jordanstown, she also has a professional coaching qualification, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

Joris is an award-winning PR consultant who trained at the National Geographic Society as a journalist in Washington DC. 

After a successful 10-year career in business journalism in London and Madrid, he returned to Northern Ireland to join the PR industry in 1992.

As PR consultant, trustee of Belfast’s top arts centre, and strategic adviser, Joris has helped facilitate the creation of major new capital investment projects including the MAC, HMS Caroline and Kilkeel Regeneration. He is skilled in all aspects of public relations including crisis communications management, profile building, corporate communications, reputation protection and consumer PR.  

Joris speaks French and Spanish, writes a weekly food column for the Belfast Telegraph and is a regular commentator and reviewer for the BBC.

Angela is extremely experienced in the business world and she holds an MBA, with areas of expertise in marketing and finance.  

She is a major shareholder in a whiskey distillery in the USA and through Ravensdale Capital has financed many technology start-ups.

She is currently Chair of the North American Board of Friends of the Lyric, a Board member of American Ireland Fund and is also a member of the Advisory Board of Crescent Capital, Belfast and the Irish Global Economic Forum.

Aran has been in business for over 25 years within the family owned Karl Group, which covers Property Development, Facility Management, Contracting and Airport Car Parking.

Aran was heavily involved in the delivery of Laganside Courts Complex in Belfast under the Private Finance Initiative and is still responsible for the delivery of the Facility Management of this building for the Northern Ireland Courts Service.   

In more recent years Aran led the team that developed Obel, Ireland’s tallest building and dealt with the many issues that the property collapse brought upon the business and the family.   

He has a strong continuing involvement in property and is passionate about creating places to enhance the lives of people by linking properties and investors in the best possible developments.

Niamh is an experienced Accredited Coach and provides outplacement & executive coaching as well as delivering Coaching and Mentoring qualifications for the Institute of Leadership & Management.

She has been involved in people development for over twenty years working predominately at Director, CEO and Board level.

Niamh has been Chair of Association for Coaching Ireland since 2010 and was a finalist for the AC Honorary Global Award in 2010 for "Influencing Services to the Profession of Coaching".

Niamh has considerable business experience working strategically at a senior level within the public and voluntary sector in London and Northern Ireland and has exceptional insight into the executive and business environment.

Catherine O'Neill - Managing Director, AMELIO Utilities Ltd

Catherine O'Neill - Managing Director, AMELIO Utilities Ltd

Catherine founded AMELIO Utilities whilst studying at Queens University, Belfast where she graduated from in 2012 with a first class master's degree in Civil Engineering. 

AMELIO Utilities Ltd  is an engineering firm with particular emphasis on Drainage and Civil Engineering. They currently have offices in Belfast, Dublin and Gloucester and employ over 40 members of staff.    

Catherine bases her success to date on being constantly innovative.  She is young, enthusiastic and ambitious. She has been pro-active in the face of the current economic downturn and is constantly looking for ways to diversify and grow her business.  Catherine has also recently joined the Board of Women in Business NI.

Sandara Kelso-Robb - Executive Director and Company Secretary of the Lloyds Bank Foundation for Northern Ireland

In her current role Sandara leads on a number of grant-making programmes and sector collaborations and also acts as Strategic Advisor to Giving Northern Ireland where she has developed a wide range of innovative initiatives to increase the level of strategic giving and philanthropy.

Simultaneously, she has been Managing Director of Kelso-Robb Consulting for 14 years where she specialises in governance, strategic planning, communications, income generation and sustainability, executive mentoring and is an Associate Lecturer with Ulster University.   

She has extensive expertise of the Voluntary Sector and the Social Economy throughout Northern Ireland and further afield. She has served on a range of not-for-profit Boards and Advisory Groups including the Institute of Fundraising, CO3 and at a UK level for the Association of Charitable Foundations.

Colin Jess - Director of Social Enterprise NI

Colin Jess - Director of Social Enterprise NI

Colin has recently been appointed to the position of Director of Social Enterprise NI and is responsible for representing the sector and its members, increasing the profile of the organisation and collaborating with Private and Public Sector bodies.


After over 35 years working in local banking circles, Colin left Ulster Bank in March 2016 where he worked for 28 years, most recently heading up a team who had responsibility for the corporate banks deposit strategy, and management of the cash transmission of a significant portfolio of large UK retailers. Previously he worked within the banks Treasury division.  


Over recent years Colin took on the additional responsibility for the banks business proposition for the Third Sector, which has seen him develop many relationships with charities and social enterprise bodies.  Colin also built relationships with the newly formed local councils and has a particular interest in enterprise.

Colin was also recently appointed as Ambassador for local charity Start360, is a Licentiate of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland and enjoys many sports, especially golf and cricket, along with being a season ticket holder at Ulster Rugby.

Greg is Client Managing Director responsible for the Fujitsu the Northern Ireland, UK Local and Devolved Government business. He has worked as a leader of business in for over 10 years and has almost 30 years’ of experience in a variety of industry sectors delivering complex solutions in high-tech, service and manufacturing environments. 


Greg joined Fujitsu (then ICL) in 1996 from Coopers and Lybrand where he was a business consultant in manufacturing systems. Subsequent to this, Greg worked for Bombardier as an engineer across various projects.


Greg is enthusiastic about responsible business practices to support and build sustainable communities.
