WeGrow is a funded six-month Growth programme offering businesses opportunities for learning, strategic insight and establishing valuable connections. Businesses will join a group of like-minded founders to analyse and reflect on their business potential, while engaging in in-person events, online workshops, peer networking, and expert guidance to support growth across the island.
The programme will run across six cohorts in total, concluding in 2028. We are currently recruiting for Cohort 3 (11 places) and Cohort 4 (25 places). Places on Cohort 3 are limited due to strong demand and oversubscription for previous cohorts.
The WeGrow all-island programme, led by InterTradeIreland in partnership with Invest Northern Ireland and Enterprise Ireland, is part of the Shared Island Enterprise Scheme, funded by the Government of Ireland. The delivery partner for WeGrow is Women in Business NI and Network Ireland.

A two-day residential at Killeavy Castle, Newry
Three further two-day in-person “deep dive” sessions across the island, focused on strategy, business development and growth

Small peer mastermind groups, bringing together participants from across the island for structured peer learning and support
Access to experienced entrepreneurs, facilitators and programme champions for guidance and insight
Ongoing peer support through an online forum and weekly chat for peer support and discussion
Opportunities to engage in alumni events and peer circles beyond the programme

Is This Programme Right for You?
The programme is ideal for women entrepreneurs and founders whose businesses:
1. Are established and trading for at least two years and have a proven product or service and existing customer base
2. Are generating revenue but want to grow in a more structured way and are considering expanding beyond their current market, including cross-border.
3. Want to take time to focus on strategy before progressing further
It is particularly suited to women entrepreneurs who feel there is more potential in the business but need clarity on next steps; who want to make more informed decisions around growth opportunities and would benefit from external challenge, structure and direction.
