Following her own experience of ill health, Ella started the popular recipe website, deliciouslyella.com, launched a recipe app, and published her New York Times best seller cookbook. With over 3 million social media followers, she has since released a popular podcast. Ella has been working with her husband, Matthew and together they have opened a restaurant, Plants, in London, and launched ranges of natural, plant-based food products across the UK and Europe. They also have a wellbeing app, feel better, which has had over 1.3 million downloads.

Sonya has over 30 years of experience in business as a thought leader, designer, and entrepreneur. As a multi-award-winning Social Entrepreneur, Sonya founded the global not for profit initiative, Dress for Success, supporting over 3,000 women into employment and economic independence in Ireland. It is now rebranded to Work Equal, as she has campaigned at European levels for workplace gender equality by addressing the Gender Pay & Opportunity Gap. To further deepen domain expertise, Sonya completed a Masters in Business Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. She is solution-focused and innovative, but is always grounded by a value in human relationships and understanding of how to maximise the potential of business & people.

It is inspired by Ailbhe's younger sister, Izzy, who has Spina Bifida and is paralyzed from her waist down. Together, the sisters designed a range of stylish wheel covers to bridge the gap between disability and fashion. Izzy Wheels quickly grew from a college project into a global brand, selling to 60 countries, featuring in Vogue and collaborating with brands such as Disney and Marvel. This has culminated in over 20 national awards including The EU Prize for Women Innovators and Forbes 30 under 30 list. Most importantly, it provides an outlet for individuality to wheelchair users all over the world.
