GRÓ Agri

Bronagh Brennan is the founder of GRÓ Agri, a consultancy working with agri-food, farm, and rural businesses across Northern Ireland. With a strong foundation in both practical agriculture and business strategy, she brings a fresh, informed perspective to rural enterprise development. Her connection to farming began on her family’s suckler and hill farm in Co. Derry and continues today on a dairy farm in Co. Antrim with her husband and wider family. Bronagh holds a degree in Human Resource Management, a PGCPD in Employment Law, a Diploma in Sustainable Development, and an MSc in Business for Agri-Food and Rural Development. She has delivered farm sustainability programmes and supported rural businesses through change, growth, and innovation. A Commended Member of the Institute of Agricultural Management and a member of the UFU Next Generation Committee, Bronagh champions sustainability, innovation, and the advancement of women in agriculture and rural business.

Catherine Campbell is the Bank Manager at Bank of Ireland in Coleraine, where she has been leading the team for the past two years. She is a proud local woman and mother of two young children. Having previously held a role at HSBC for 11 years, Catherine brings over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, underpinned by a strong academic foundation in law and a suite of professional banking qualifications. Ambitious, enthusiastic, and committed, she has developed a strong track record throughout her career, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service, team leadership, and community engagement. Catherine is especially passionate about supporting financial wellbeing in the local community and empowering young people to build strong, confident financial futures. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys participating in local amateur dramatics, reflecting her vibrant personality and love for community engagement.

Tracy is no stranger to the hotel, having first joined the team as Duty Manager in 2016. Over the past nine years, she has risen steadily through the ranks, most recently serving as Operations Manager before stepping in to her new leadership role. Her promotion follows an exceptional year in which she was recognised for Outstanding Contribution at the McKeever Hotels Awards, which celebrates achievements across the group’s seven hotels.
