Aileen Hoey is the HR Director for Terex GB, based in Dungannon, Northern Ireland, where she leads a multi-site HR team supporting nearly 1,000 team members across the UK. With over 20 years at Terex, Aileen has built her career across site-level, corporate, and group HR functions—including time spent living and working in the United States. As part of Terex’s international HR leadership team, Aileen works closely with colleagues around the globe to align people strategies, share best practices, and support a consistent, values-driven culture across regions.
