Who is this event for?
We welcome all our members (be that corporate or individual) aged 28 years old and under to join us. The Young Women’s Network provides a platform to empower young women. Equipping you with the tools, networks and insights that you need to get ahead. If you are under 28 years old, an aspiring entrepreneur or in the initial stages of working life, a student, recent graduate, we can help with your career progression.

I qualified as a solicitor in September 2024 and have been with Tughans ever since. During my training I worked across different areas of law and in different firms, which helped me figure out which area of law I wanted to specialise in. I am a corporate solicitor in Tughans LLP, which is the leading M&A firm in Northern Ireland. The team I work alongside are a highly experienced and collaborative team and working with them has allowed me to learn and gain experience in a fast paced environment whilst keeping a healthy balance between my work and personal life, this early on in my career.
Eimear is an Application Associate Developer at Fujistu. She was a finalist for the Women in Business Awards 2026 for Apprentice of the Year and Young Business Woman of the Year.
