Kerry McAlister has worked in financial services for over 15 years and has held leadership roles for more than a decade, currently specialising in operations and regulatory oversight within the investment industry. She is passionate about building strong teams, creating positive workplace cultures, and supporting women navigating leadership alongside family life. Kerry is mummy to Liam and Fiadh, aged 6 and 1, and wife to Mark. She understands firsthand the realities of balancing career progression and motherhood. When she’s not working, she’s usually spending time with her family, cooking or socialising with friends.

Áine McKillion is a QA Engineering Manager at Aflac Northern Ireland, where she has worked since 2021. With over a decade of experience in software testing, she is passionate about building quality-focused teams and fostering a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility. A mum of three under the age of three, Áine's career journey has been closely intertwined with motherhood. After having twin girls in 2022 and welcoming her son in 2023, she successfully applied for her first management role while on maternity leave and returned to work as a QA Engineering Manager. Passionate about creating inclusive, supportive, and family-friendly workplaces, Áine enjoys sharing her experiences of balancing career growth with the realities of a busy young family.
