You'll start by lining an array of stylish silicone moulds with melt-in-your-mouth chocolate before choosing from a selection of indulgent freshly baked fillings, including buttery shortbread with salted caramel, gooey chocolate fudge, classic vanilla with strawberry compote, or zesty lemon drizzle.

Ffion is the owner of Baker & Chef, a premium cake decorating school based in Belfast. Passionate about inspiring creativity through baking, she runs a range of cake decorating workshops for all skill levels. Baker & Chef offers exclusive hire of the studio for private celebrations such as hen parties, birthdays, corporate events and other special occasions, with bespoke cake decorating activities tailored to each group providing a memorable experience that's a little different. Having been a keen home baker from an early age, Ffion went on to train at the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu school in London before establishing and running a successful wedding cake business in England. In 2023, she relocated to Belfast and founded Baker & Chef to share her love of cake decorating and help others discover the joy and satisfaction of creating beautiful cakes. When she's not baking or dreaming up new cake designs, Ffion loves spending time with her family, exploring Northern Ireland's beautiful landscapes, and enjoying all things creative and artistic.
