Niamh Murphy is a Data Scientist Associate Manager at Allstate, based in Belfast, where she leads the development and deployment of data science solutions to support customer and business decisions. She specialises in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, with a particular focus on customer engagement analytics and customer strategy. Niamh works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are not just understood, but actually used to solve real business challenges. Niamh holds a degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Operational Research from Queen’s University Belfast, and a Master’s in Business Analytics from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between technical analytics and practical decision-making, helping organisations move from data to action with confidence. She is particularly passionate about making data accessible and useful, and helping teams build confidence in using insights in their day-to-day work.
