Roisin McDermott

Roisin is a Business Mentor and Trainer with over 20 years experience in supporting entrepreneurship. She has a degree in Business Studies, an MBA, and an Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing and was one of the primary founders of Women in Business. Roisin has re-joined the Women in Business team to lead the Yes You Can programme on a part time basis, supporting female entrepreneurship. Prior to being self-employed for 14 years as Seed Mentoring, she has worked in the enterprise agency network for North Down Development and East Belfast Enterprise.

Rosemary Morrison

Rosemary is a specialist in business training & mentoring for start-up & growth businesses. She has lead her own business for 20+years, working as a trainer, facilitator and mentor. She absolutely loves her work and to see the development of her clients gaining sales and competitive advantage. She has an extensive network of past clients and business connections, and is always ready to connect her clients to others to build partnerships and opportunities.

Colleen McAreavey

Colleen is the Business Development Manager at Mallusk Enterprise Park. She also owns and manages her own business and has an active financial management role within her family’s business. Colleen has over 20 years experience as a business adviser and this experience has been further consolidated via formal qualification to include a Bsc Hons degree and an Msc in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Colleen also has completed a level 4 Chartered Management qualification which assist in her role as a business adviser.
