Lenore is the co-founder of Adamson Rice, a boutique law firm in Bangor known for values-led, client-centred practice and a commitment to excellence. Her approach blends technical precision with genuine care - ensuring clients feel confident, understood and empowered. A full member of STEP and secretary of the STEP NI Committee, Lenore is also a member of the Law Society NI Elder Law Group and The Association of Lifetime Lawyers. She represents the Law Society NI Women’s Network and plays an active role in advancing its events, outreach and visibility across the profession. Alongside her technical leadership, Lenore is a passionate mentor - supporting women at all career stages through initiatives including SistersIn, QUB Women in Law, LSNI and Women in Business NI. She was awarded Outstanding Mentor at the Women in Business NI Awards for her contribution to mentorship and sector development. Recognised by Legal 500 as a Leading Individual and Recommended Lawyer in 2023 and 2024, Lenore continues to champion boutique law as a platform for purposeful leadership, authenticity and lasting impact.

Natasha is a founding member of Adamson Rice and specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, Co-ownership purchases, remortgages, equity release and transfers of equity.
