Sally Bibb is a partner at PA Consulting and leads their Strengths Practice. Before joining PA she founded Engaging Minds, a business she founded to focus on strengths and its power to transform organisations. She’s led projects for many well known organisations including the AA, EY, HMCTS, Lloyd’s Register, Morrisons, NHS, Ofcom, Olympics 2012, SABMiller, Saga, Sellafield, Sodexo Justice Services and Starbucks, Before setting up her own business Sally was a director at The Economist where she led global change programmes. Her first degree was a BA (Hons) in psychology, sociology and economics. She has an MSc in organisational change from the University of Surrey. This humanistic approach continues to inform her work and research methodologies. She’s a writer and award-winning author of eight books, the most recent two of which on strengths featured in the WHSmith Top Ten Business Charts. She was a founder member of The Daedalus Trust, a charity set up in 2011 by Lord David Owen to study, for public benefit, the impact of hubris syndrome in leaders.
