Pauline Timoney is from the Glens of Antrim and has built her career in tech, starting as a software tester and progressing to COO of a Belfast-based SaaS company. She later became Head of Entrepreneurship at Catalyst, where she supported founders to turn ideas into real businesses. Today, she runs her consultancy, BusinessPT, helping organisations improve how they communicate, collaborate, and operate using Microsoft tools. She is also the co-founder of RoutineRoo, a startup combining behavioural science and generative AI to help busy parents manage children’s daily routines, reduce stress, and build independence. Pauline lives in Toome with her husband, three children, chickens, and goats, which provides the perfect real-life testbed for RoutineRoo.

Through The Green Room, she specialises in social media strategy, content development and creative storytelling, helping brands connect with their audience in a way that feels both authentic and impactful. Passionate about bringing ideas to life, she works closely with clients to turn their vision into content that truly resonates.
