Rosie Kirk is a Personal Stylist, Colour Analyst, and Makeup Artist with over 10 years’ experience helping women rediscover their confidence and sense of self through style and beauty. Having trained with industry leaders including Charlotte Tilbury, Paddy McGurgan, and the London College of Style, Rosie blends expertise with empathy—particularly for women navigating change in their lives and careers. She understands how easy it is to lose your sense of identity, especially during life transitions such as perimenopause or within the demands of the corporate world, where appearance and first impressions matter within the first seven seconds. Through her personalised one-to-one services—colour analysis, wardrobe edits, personal styling, and makeup—Rosie helps women reconnect with who they are, feel empowered in how they present themselves, and shine with renewed confidence. Based in Northern Ireland, Rosie works with clients in person, online, and also travels to deliver her services where needed.

My name is Quintina Little and I am the SHEQ Manager for MJM Marine Ltd. I have 14 years’ experience in Occupational Health and Safety starting out in land-based construction back in 2011. I have worked in the construction, manufacturing and food industries throughout my career before settling in the marine industry with MJM Marine Ltd in 2018. As SHEQ Manager, I establish health and safety management strategies to meet the company’s strategic goals while ensuring compliance to legislation and alignment with industry best practice. I hold NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, L6 NVQ Diploma in Health and Safety Practice and L7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Health & Safety Leadership and Management. In addition to health and safety, I have 14 years’ experience in the establishment, implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001 management systems, holding the ISO 9001:2015 External Lead Auditor qualification.
