Laura is an Early Years Specialist & Consultant, with over 15 years' experience in education. After building her career as a manager, teacher, and EYFS lead, Laura took the leap into consultancy, creating a business that truly reflects what she believes in. Today she works with nurseries, schools, corporate networks, and families across the UK and beyond, delivering training, mentoring, and expert guidance rooted in real-life experience. She is a Lead Specialist for a global parenting app, and a recognised speaker at national events, including the Childcare & Education Expo in London. A committed champion of parental partnership, Laura is driven by the belief that empowering parents, especially mums, is one of the most powerful investments we can make as a society. She is equally passionate about supporting women who are building businesses on their own terms, combining expertise, purpose, and ambition. Laura knows first-hand what it takes to build something of your own while staying true to your values, and she loves connecting with others doing the same.

Caroline Chan is a photographer specialising in brand, portrait and event photography. After a 15-year career in tech, she transitioned into photography to pursue more creative, purpose-led work. She now works with small businesses, founders and creatives to help them show up online with confidence through natural, story-led imagery. Known for her relaxed and collaborative approach, she creates a comfortable space where even the most camera-shy clients feel at ease. Community and creativity have been consistent threads throughout her career. She has also founded and grown networking communities and delivered digital skills training, and is passionate about spaces that bring people together.
