Dr Carol Strahan is the founder of Cavehill Psychology, a Belfast-based psychology-led training and consultancy business focused on staff wellbeing, burnout prevention and psychologically safer workplace cultures. Carol is an Educational Psychologist with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and over 20 years’ experience working across education, training, supervision and organisational wellbeing. Her work is evidence-informed, practical and reflective, helping individuals and organisations move beyond tick-box wellbeing towards meaningful conversations about pressure, capacity and culture. Through Cavehill Psychology, Carol delivers wellbeing training, burnout prevention sessions, psychological safety workshops, coaching and bespoke facilitation. She is particularly interested in helping workplaces create more honest, supportive conversations about what helps people work well.
