What to expect:
Angeline Tandon has spent over a decade at the BBC, beginning her career in news before moving into content production. She now works in the Factual TV and Education department, where she supports the creation of informative and engaging content for wide-ranging audiences. Previously part of the BBC’s archive content team, Angeline has a passion for storytelling that brings history and underrepresented voices to life. Outside of production, she leads BBC Embrace in Northern Ireland — a staff-led network for Black, Asian, and minority ethnic colleagues — where she champions inclusion, representation, and community. Angeline is also on her own fertility journey, which has deepened her commitment to open conversations around women’s health and the need for greater awareness and support in the workplace.
Jenny has been working in the fertility industry, both in the UK and internationally, for more than 30 years. As a qualified nurse, clinical embryologist, and fertility coach, she has gained valuable experience in all areas of infertility. Having spent many years working as CEO and HFEA person responsible of several UK clinics Jenny has a broad knowledge of all aspects of fertility management and regulation. In addition, she has over 10 years experience working with leading Spanish clinics, to facilitate patients who need to travel overseas for fertility treatment, providing advice and support to help navigate the challenges of travelling abroad for treatment. Nowadays , Jenny channels her knowledge and experience into providing independent, expert advice to ensure that patients and families, who are faced with fertility challenges, fully understand all options available to them. She also works with employers to help them understand the many challenges that employees might face when experiencing fertility problems and or undergoing fertility treatment. She is committed to raising awareness regarding fertility in the workplace and helps employers to develop policies to encourage openness and support women and men at all stages of their fertility journey.
