I am a Partner within Transaction Diligence with EY, as part of our Ireland Strategy and Transactions group. My primary duties include pre acquisition, refinancing and vendor due diligence. I work across various sectors with private and public companies and private equity partners, with significant experience in life sciences, technology and insurance. In addition to due diligence, I have been seconded to a high end fashion accessory brand manufacturer, an Irish semi-state body set up to privatise certain utilities, and to a team leading loan valuation services on behalf of an Irish government organisation.
