Based in Northern Ireland, Jane McClenaghan, founder of Vital Nutrition, is a Nutritional Therapist with over 25 years of experience. Known for her down-to-earth and realistic approach, Jane specialises in women's health and perimenopause, helping people make positive, achievable changes to their diet and lifestyle. Jane works with both groups and individuals, offering workshops for workplaces and one-on-one sessions for private clients. She’s also a familiar voice on local radio and a regular columnist in newspapers and magazines, where she shares practical nutrition advice. Jane has also written two books that guide readers towards healthier living. Her passion is to inspire and support people in transforming their health through good nutrition, making a real difference to their overall wellbeing.
