Women in Business is delighted to be collaborating with our partner, Ulster University, to bring you UU Connects: In Conversation with Olga McAteer, Founder and Director of McAteer Solutions.
Join us for a special breakfast event set in the stylish surroundings of Ulster University’s Academy Restaurant. A morning of inspiration and meaningful connections, bringing together the UU Alumni network and the Women in Business community. Through facilitated networking and an intimate in-conversation session, you’ll have the opportunity to build valuable relationships, spark ideas and unlock new opportunities. This event is free for Ulster University Alumni and Women in Business Members. We welcome both men and women to this event.

Our guest speaker, Olga McAteer, Founder and Director of McAteer Solutions, will share her remarkable journey as a woman in business. A proud Ulster University alumna, Olga brings over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, with the past 15 years seeing her successfully expand into estate agency and property. Now seven years in business, McAteer Solutions has grown into a thriving enterprise with four branches across Northern Ireland and one in London. Olga is also a long-time member of Women in Business and was the Winner of the Best Small Business Award 2026 at the Women in Business Awards. Olga’s story is one of resilience, growth, and strategic leadership, offering powerful lessons for women at every stage of their business journey.
