As part of our Women in Industry Round Tables, we welcome all Women in Finance to join us for a virtual forum to discuss the current topics, challenges, and upcoming developments in the world of Finance.

We'll be joined by members of the Danske Bank team - Aileen McAvoy, Head of Organisational Effectiveness and Elaine McGibbon, Senior Organisational Effectiveness Partner. They will share their thoughts and insights on reframing the approach to building skills and growing careers as a direct positive impact on business costs and performance. 

We will then facilitate some networking breakout sessions to discuss and explore the topics presented. We encourage you to take this opportunity to share your experiences, ask any questions on your mind and offer valuable support to women within your industry.
