Caoimhe Pickering

Financial Controller at Terex

Caoimhe Pickering is a Chartered Accountant and Financial Controller who began her career with a degree in Law & Politics before moving into accounting. She brings over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing finance, leading teams and driving performance through strong financial planning and cost management. She is passionate about leadership, developing high-performing teams, and fostering collaboration in a manufacturing environment.

Cait Bradley

Marketing Manager at Terex

Cait is the Global Marketing Manager for Powerscreen, the global leader in Crushing and Screening . After graduating with a MA degree in International Business with Marketing, Cait joined Powerscreen as a Sales Graduate before progressing to Regional Sales Manager responsible for machine sales in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. She then spent time in Business Development for The Deluxe Group, a bespoke interior manufacturer, focusing on marine fitout and themed interiors in the US and Middle East before returning to Powerscreen to lead the Marketing initiatives worldwide

Cheryl Gallagher

VP, Information Technology, Terex Materials Processing

Cheryl Gallagher is VP of Materials Processing IT , leading digital and technology strategy across a global manufacturing business. With over 17 years’ experience, she has built her career from business analyst to senior leadership, driving ERP, analytics, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives. Cheryl is passionate about developing teams and championing the role of technology in enabling innovation within manufacturing.
