As part of our Women in Industry Round Tables, we welcome all Women in Marketing to join us for a virtual forum to discuss the current topics, challenges, and upcoming developments in the world of marketing. Whether you are working from home or in the office, take the opportunity to share in other women’s experiences, ask those questions on your mind and offer valuable support to other women within your industry.

Who is it for?
This event is for women working in Marketing and Communications. Whether you work in the marketing department of a company/ agency or deliver consultancy work for others, both members and non-members are welcome to join this online event.

Lucy McCague ACIM is a Senior Marketing & Communications Consultant at Allstate Northern Ireland, where she combines strategic and creative skills to deliver impactful communications across recruitment marketing, internal comms, employee engagement, and major events. Coming from a non STEM background, she has built a successful career in tech by championing mentorship, visibility, and the value of diverse skills within the industry. Lucy is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and continues to upskill across innovation, design thinking, and change management.
Danielle Logie is the founder of Monday Media Marketing, with a strong passion for helping small businesses grow through social media marketing, content creation, and strategic support. She began her career in marketing in 2021 and went on to earn an MSc in Marketing from Ulster University in 2022, graduating with Distinction. During her studies, she secured her first freelance client and was awarded the Ulster University Award for Excellence for achieving the highest mark in her Applied Consultancy Dissertation. Danielle has since gained experience working with clients across a diverse range of industries, including aesthetics and beauty, construction, fashion, floristry, hospitality, and sport. She currently works with multiple clients across Northern Ireland, providing consultancy and marketing services tailored to their business needs. Monday Media Marketing helps small businesses grow through tailored marketing strategies that blend traditional and digital approaches. They work closely with clients to enhance online presence and engagement, providing the expertise and creativity needed to stand out in their industry.
