Deepa Mann-Kler is an exceptionally experienced public, private and charity sector Chair and Non-Executive Director. As Chief Executive of Neon and Visiting Professor for Immersive Futures with Ulster University, she specialises in use of immersive technologies for health. As a TEDx speaker and thought leader she regularly keynotes on the intersection of digital transformation, technical innovation, inclusion, ethics, bias, data and AI. Deepa is author of the first report on race discrimination with policy recommendations for the public sector in Northern Ireland "Out Of The Shadows."

She has a “can do” attitude that helped her build an award-winning marketing team for one of the largest technology companies in Northern Ireland and she is now doing it again with one of Northern Ireland’s most innovative net zero companies - CATAGEN. She is passionate about using her knowledge and network to help indigenous tech companies to grow and scale and to encourage young people into STEM or net zero careers.
