Grow your network and connect with others in your industry.

As part of our Women in Industry Round Tables, we invite all Women working in the creative sector to join us for a virtual forum. This is an opportunity to discuss current topics, challenges, and upcoming developments in your working world. Whether you are at home or in the workshop, take the chance to share experiences with other Women, ask questions on your mind, and offer valuable support to others.

We'll also be joined by 2 fantastic guest speakers and Women in Business members on:

- How to sell your gift products into Retailers and How to grow your Sales with Sarah Quinn | Cowfield Design

Who is it for?

This online event welcomes both members and non-members, focusing on women in the creative sector, whether you design your own products, work within a creative business, or sell your stock on an e-commerce site or at a local gift shop.

Guest speaker:

Niamh McCarthy

Niamh McCarthy

Owner of Niamh Designs

Niamh McCarthy started her fashion career as a teenager selling old clothes. She then graduated in Fashion and Textile Design from Ulster University in 2017 and worked for a year in marketing before striking out on her own with Niamh Designs - making embroidered jackets, specialising in vegan faux leather and denim. Since then, the Lurgan woman has shipped her products to every US state and has even kept up with the Kardashians by designing a bespoke jacket for Kourtnery Kardashians baby shower. Niamh was also named as Young Businesswoman of the year at the Women in Business Awards 2023.

Sarah Quinn

Sarah Quinn

Business Development Partner of Cowfield Design

Cowfield Design is a family-run company that is passionate about creating high-quality designs inspired by the beautiful island of Ireland. Do the metal Wild Atlantic models come to mind? Well, that is one of the Cowfield Designs that are stocked in 50 retail outlets across the country. Sarah came from a corporate background as an Area Manager for Aldi in England, before joining the family team. Sarah is now behind the magic of marketing the business, along with responding to customer emails and wholesale orders.
