Who is this event for?

This event is for all Young Women's Network Members; The Young Women’s Network provides a platform to empower young women. Equipping you with the tools, networks and insights that you need to get ahead. If you are under 28 years old, an aspiring entrepreneur or in the initial stages of working life, a student, recent graduate, we can help with your career progression. 
We welcome all our members (be that corporate or individual) aged 28 years old and under to join us.

Leadership & Learning Coordinator at Baker McKenzie, supporting the professional development of the Firm’s Global Lawyers and Business Professionals. As Student Engagement Lead for the Belfast Centre, Michaela partners with universities and initiatives like SistersIN, to empower early-career talent. Her focus is on providing the foundations and connections they need to thrive as they begin their professional journey. As a qualified personal and professional coach and certified career coach, Michaela conducts 1:1 coaching and has designed and led a coaching programme for Baker McKenzie graduates, supporting their journey toward building confidence and succeeding in their careers. Driven by a strong commitment to mental health awareness, Michaela plays an active role in the Belfast Wellbeing Committee, through leading on-site events that highlight the importance of employee wellbeing.

Caoimhe Connolly

Caoimhe Connolly

Chartered Accountant at IQ-EQ

Caoimhe is a Chartered Accountant who currently works at IQ-EQ in Belfast City Centre as an investment fund accountant. Having previously specialised in Tax and personal finance, she started @TheTaxWoman to help educate followers on tax, investments and creating good personal finance habits. Her career to date reflects both technical excellence and a strong commitment to building meaningful client relationships. She is passionate about community and building networks. Caoimhe is also currently the 2025 Fermanagh Rose in the Rose of Tralee Festival. As a representative of Fermanagh, Caoimhe has built a strong profile, supporting local businesses and charities and showcasing the beauty of Fermanagh. She is a WIB member, passionate about female entrepreneurship and was a finalist in the Women in Business 20k Pitching Competition (October 2022)
