Guest Speaker & Matcha Workshop Host

Grace Fitzpatrick

Grace Fitzpatrick

Founder of Grá Matcha

Grace is the founder of Grá Matcha, a Belfast-based matcha brand she launched just over a year ago after searching for a healthier caffeine alternative due to recurring migraines. Formerly a primary school teacher with no business experience, Grace began the brand as a passion project — importing high-quality Japanese matcha and sharing it locally through pop-ups, markets, and social media. What started as a small passion project quickly grew into a fast-rising local brand, with Grá Matcha now appearing at your local cafés and at major events collaborating with leading names in the lifestyle and beauty space such as Jo Malone and WellFest Ireland. Grace is passionate about making premium matcha more accessible in Northern Ireland while championing honest entrepreneurship, learning on the job, and building a brand rooted in community, creativity, and wellbeing.
