Leading commercial law firm, Cleaver Fulton Rankin has made a number of promotions and appointments across the firm, recognising the talent and achievements of its multi-disciplinary team of legal professionals.
 
The firm has grown its senior team, introducing three new Directors, including the appointment of Caroline MacLaughlin as the new Head of Banking & Finance. Cleaver Fulton Rankin now has 45% female directors, strengthening its senior female team and developing a positive gender balance.
 
The firm also promoted eleven solicitors across various departments including seven females, such as Aisling Byrne (Employment) to Director; Anna McClimonds (Dispute Resolution) and Lorraine Keown (Family & Matrimonial) to Associate Director; Rachael Gamble (Dispute Resolution) and Kathryn Laverty (Corporate & Commercial) to Associate Solicitor; and Helen Smyth (Dispute Resolution) and Jane McManus (Planning & Environmental) to Senior Solicitor. The promotions further illustrate the strength, expertise and achievements of the firm’s multi-disciplinary team.
 
Caroline MacLaughlin, Director & Head of Banking & Finance, added, “I decided to join Cleaver Fulton Rankin as I saw an opportunity to take up a new challenge, which will allow me to bring the experiences gained in my career to a local law firm setting.
